"Joe at Look N Good Cleaning saved our rug! (Twice!) Our son spilled pasta sauce all over and we made the foolish mistake of using resolve on it over and over to get the stain out. This only made it worse! Taking the rug back to his shop, Joe was able to color match the spot and in the process fixed the delamination on the back side. No sooner than a week after he returned the rug, my son knocked over a coffee mug onto the rug (we know, no more food in that room!), and on the phone Joe walked me through the process of properly cleaning the spill immediately so it didn't stain. I can't speak highly enough for how good this company is and how exceptional the customer service is, too. THANK YOU!"

They were very thorough with good attention to deatils.They were on time , and made sure to clean up after themselves.I had some difficult stains and they exceeded my expectations. His approach was professional, genuine and he took his time to understand my requirements and answered all my questions over the phone. He revised the over all cost of the job when he can home for me to sign off on. His estimate was very good and the price went down by $20. He took his time with the cleaning and did a bang up job.
He seemed tech savvy with the automated scheduling, alerts before he came to perform the job and the electronic invoicing once the job was done.

Starting from the first phone call, he provided a great deal of helpful information and set expectations very well throughout the process. He was the only one of all the vendors I called, for example, who proactively mentioned when he gave me a quote that my 10 year old couch might still have some wear marks after a deep clean. It's clear that he's an expert in what he does.
On the cleaning itself, Joe did an extremely thorough job. The couch looks amazing - it's like a completely different piece of furniture. We're extremely picky about keeping our house clean, and found the quality of his work to be top notch.
Based on the several quotes I received, his services were priced reasonably. It was also great to be able to support a small local business.

"A first-rate experience, beginning with Joe answering the phone (might not have used him if I had reached a voice message system), asking pertinent questions, giving me a preliminary quote, explaining what to expect, and answering my questions. When he arrived he took measurements, gave me the final quote, and again explained the cleaning process. He took pains to protect the doorway, corners, and grass where the hose would be placed, performed all the cleaning, and left the carpets looking very refreshed and clean (after months of acquiring dust during a remodel). He was personable, professional, and a good communicator. Would definitely use again."
